Faculty development is a process of providing training to the educationalists. The faculty development E- program, provided by Myra’s Academy, facilitates into upgradation of the skills provided with the opportunities to get acquainted with the technology.
The course completed by me provided me a basic understanding of the students’ individuality and mind. Since the program was an E-program, I was awarded with NLP certificates. The provision of using a technique of research methodology helped me to understand a lot about how to identify and analyse the information and conduct a research well.
The course made me familiar with teaching skill development which aided into my work performance.
