Spending time in various R&D labs and MNCs, Hardik Kakkad has developed a deep insight into progressive and regressive management systems. Giving him the necessary knowledge and direction to develop simple, yet impactful management models and practices for schools. Later he replicated these for transforming the corporate culture as well. Since then Hardik has been working as a trainer for innovative pedagogies and positive work culture. He mentors schools and corporates in developing conscious and mindful workplaces. He believes that positive and conscious workplaces bring about a self-driven team that shares: Accountability, Ownership and Responsibility.
Hardik’s sessions are an amalgamation of logical, introspective, scientific dialogue and fun but challenging activities. He also facilitates rhythmic interventions, such as drum circles and soundscapes for organizations and communities. His short workshops usually range from 90 minutes to Full-day (9-hours) and they always result in a team that is in sync, self-driven and cohesive. He also runs long mentoring programs that range from 20 days to 1 year.
Hardik also runs a semi-alternative school, called Neevam, in Amravati. The school functions as a learning community for parents, teachers, children, and all those who love to learn. His involvement there ranges from the development and facilitation of workshops for parents and teachers to establishing and optimizing systems to improve communication and functioning.
