More than 20 years of experience in the fields of Finance, Accounts, Taxation and Audit, Company Secretarial matters, Corporate Finance, Consulting, Training and Entrepreneurship, Usha spent most of her career with Financial Controller responsibilities including Preparation of Financials and Projections, Budgeting and Forecasting, Costing and Variance analysis, MIS reports. She in well-versed in conceptualizing and implementing financial procedures and actively involved in the maintenance & finalization of accounts, working capital management, profit monitoring and building internal financial controls.
Usha is experienced in working for both start-up organisations and established players in the market both in for-profit and non-profit sectors. A doer, who has worked at setting-up basic systems & processes, with proven ability to improve operations, impact business growth & maximize profits through achievements in financial management, cost reductions, internal control & productivity improvements, she is a keen planner with skills in monitoring core departmental deliverables for completion within established deadlines.

• Responsible for preparing the yearly and Quarterly budgets for the Company (comprising of 3 Channels- MTV, Nick & Vh1)
• Day to day business intelligence support to the top management including Competitor Analysis, Country reports and analysis (India and Others) etc
• Responsible for preparing the yearly and half yearly budget for the entire division (comprising of 8 SBU’s and is of a tune of INR. 10 Billion in sales)
